Going to the movies, the zoo, out to dinner, playing board games and spending time with family.
What type adult/parent social activites do you enjoy?
I enjoy going to coffee to just sit and converse, bowling, playing pool and BBQ's.
What is your favorite music to dance to?
R&B and Hip Hop

I am a mother of two girls, and have always been a single parent. I had my first child when I was 15 and now that my children are getting older, I am trying to find more positive things to do with them.

we love to shop, going to the park, she loves swimming and going to the gym

don't really do social activities, Dont know any other single parents.

a little bit of everything

I am a younger single mother of one, I had her in high school and never really had the chance to find myself and never really got to meet anyone like me and thats what I hope to get from PWP.

I recently moved to Roseville and recently separated so other than my 7 and 9 year old sons, don't know many people. I remembered an acquaintance mentioning your organization some years ago, Never thought I would need it. Now I do. I would like to be able to communicate with adults that are familiar with what I'm experiencing. It's reassuring to know you're not the only one. Camping, water sports, movies

Movies, dinners, concerts
What is your favorite music to dance to?
Anything that gets my toes tapping and my hips shaking! Not rap though.
Comments:
Not new to the single parent thing, but ready to branch out and meet others with the same interests who understand where I am coming from, especially on stressful days! Looking forward to getting out with other adults and allowing my kids time with other kids who "are just like them".

We enjoy swimming, walking, going to the park, anything outdoors!

I love to eat sushi, do activities outdoors, and dance!

Pretty much the same stuff that I do with my kids! :-)

I'm not a big dancer, but I love music & going to concerts

It's been 12 years since I've been single and the world seems like a crazy place to me nowadays! I am 33 and have 2 small boys ages 3 & 7 that are my entire life. I don't get out much which I'm sure most parents don't, so it would be fun to get out and meet some new people and enjoy some fun activities if possible.

Sports, festivals, events, games, going to parks - basically anything together!

Reading, going out w/friends, movies.....

I can't dance - love music and watching others, but I was not gifted with rhythm or coordination!

I am a recently divorced mother of three, and I am also new to the Sacramento area. I moved here from the Southwest at the beginning of the year and I miss having adult friends. I would love to meet others who can relate to the same circmstances.
